A bad news just came out!
One of the basic reasons why I wanted to be a mentor is because I don’t want to feel the changes when hitting the target for incentives. The changes were slowly and tremendously unaccepted and unfair when I was an agent, that’s the reason why.
Now that I’m content without an increase of position and salary, they just take away our paid over-time. Seriously, it’s unbelievable.
Time will come, I’m going to leave this town. I’ll go back to studying and finish what my dad wants me to be.
Everything has its wonders, even darkness and silence, and I learn whatever state I am in, therin to be content.
